Shipping & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We recommend that all aftermarket parts be installed by a qualified and professional mechanic. Please note that any damage caused during installation or misuse will void any warranty or refund policy. We do not offer refunds for parts that have been used or installed, except in cases where the part is defective. If you receive a defective part, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a refund or exchange, provided that the defective part is returned to us. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We offer standard shipping within New Zealand through NZ Post for most deliveries. For oversized products, we may use other carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the item and the destination. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged for international orders.
