VRSF N55 Chargepipe N55 F-Chassis

Upgrade the throttle response and reduce turbo lag of your F-chassis M2, M235i, 335i & 435i with the VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade. VRSF Charge Pipes are made from T6061 aluminum, which is mandrel-bent, including the flanges. The flanges, including the throttle body, intercooler, and vacuum connections, are machined from CNC billet aluminum with precision. They are then tig-welded and hand-finished, followed by testing on multiple jigs to ensure a proper fit and a reliable, leak-free connection.

The VRSF charge pipe is finished in a wrinkle black powder-coated finish that blends perfectly with the engine bay. A plugged 1/8" NPT bung is also included, which can be used for water injection, boost leak testing, or as a boost source. The OEM charge pipe is known to fail at both stock and tuned boost levels, which is why high-quality, 4-ply silicone couplers, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps are provided to replace your flimsy OEM charge pipe.
